ACBC introduced its Innovation Hub in Milan, a 400-square-meter space designed to transform innovation within fashion, luxury, and lifestyle sectors. The facility differs from conventional consulting offices by functioning as a complete ecosystem, encompassing material research, product development, strategic planning, and market rollout. This integrated approach assists brands throughout the entire process, from initial concept to full commercialization.
The hub’s primary activities focus on material innovation, design, and circular economy strategies, particularly in end-of-life management. It operates as a testing ground for emerging technologies, collaborating with startups and scaling ventures prepared for industrial implementation. By engaging with industries such as automotive and interior design, the hub ensures research findings are applied in practical, real-world settings.
In addition to the hub, ACBC provides consulting services for growth strategies, operational efficiency, and sustainability integration across supply chains. Its Supply Chain Managed Services division oversees product development, sourcing, and industrialization, while the Marketing & Communication team promotes innovations through public relations, events, and digital campaigns. The company’s T2T (Trace to Track / Tech to Trust) framework embeds technology and traceability into every project, ensuring full transparency.

The Innovation Hub’s launch reflects a broader industry movement toward viewing innovation as a quantifiable asset. ACBC selects and translates solutions in materials, products, and circularity into clear and measurable economic and environmental KPIs, enabling brands to evaluate and adopt them on objective and scientific grounds while fully understanding their tangible benefits.
The facility serves as a critical link between research and industry, enabling brands to assess technologies with an evidence-based perspective.
Gio Giacobbe, Co-Founder and CEO, described the hub as a step toward global standardization in expertise and supply chain management. The initiative follows ACBC’s recent investment from Gyrus Capital, which will support its expansion plans internationally. Already certified as a B Corp and recognized as a leader in fashion consulting, the company now aims to drive competitive innovation through technology, design, and industrial execution.
